The Thin Man

Netflix suggested The Thin Man and since I'd heard about it several times, I  had to check it out.

Totally worth it.

It's a mystery movie but there's plenty of comedy throughout. The mystery plot is a good one. Suspenseful and engaging all the way through the movie. It was easy to follow without being monotonous. And the way it gets revealed at the end? I don't know if this movie created that method, but it's a classic that I've seen done several times.

I don't think that I've ever seen a movie with either William Powell or Myrna Loy before this but they are funny as hell. She has some of the best facial expressions. You can totally tell what the character Nora is thinking because of the facial expressions. And she's got some amazing clothes. And William Powell is charming and likeable but still believable as a great detective. Loved it. I'm hooked.
